I contacted Thomas to transport my car after a previous company failed to do so. He helped my with the entire process from beginning to end. He was extremely helpful and got down to the point. My car was picked up within the time frame he said it would be and was delivered withing 6 days from Jacksonville, FL to Los Angeles, CA. I would easily recommend AM Express Auto Transport to anyone out there looking to ship a vehicle. Professional service and reliable customer service.

Very professional and friendly staff. Vehicle arrived on time just as stated and driver was very friendly, he even helped me carry some of the heavy boxes out of my car into my house. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company that is going to do what they promise to do. I will definitely use Lightning Auto Carriers again and recommend them to all my friends! A+++!!!

I was quoted by Mark Craven for $300.00 and I paid the deposit of $100.00 The next day I was informed that the driver was ALREADY dispatched and the driver wanted an extra $50.00 because of “of an increase in diesel prices.” At first I politely explained that I was quoted $300 ($100 to Auto Alliance and $200 for the driver) and that I would need to talk to my family about it with the price difference. I called back and Mr. Craven told me he had misquoted and it was actually $100 extra! At that point, I wanted to cancel my transporter. He stated that his boss would be calling me in a few minutes. I received a phone call from Steve Levy informing me that Mr. Craven did misquote and it would be $300.00 for the driver. I explained to Mr. Levy that I was quoted $300 total and that’s what I expected. I explained to him that I understood that this extra $100 charge is from the driver, and not their company. However, Mr. Levy continued to pressure me and berate me that I had agreed to the extra hundred and a driver was ready. I told him I NEVER agreed to that, as I had stated to Mr. Craven that I wanted to talk to my family first and I would call him back. At this point he started to berate me asking questions such as, “Well how else are you going to get your car transported?” and that, “it would look bad on ME if we cancelled with the driver and the driver would give them a bad review” I told him I was sorry that he may get a bad review, but I was quoted $300.00 and that’s what I expected to pay. At this point, I was given a short goodbye and that was it. I had called Auto Alliance back to Customer Service this time thinking I could lodge in a complaint about my quality and truthfulness of my services, but all I got was nothing, no, “thank you for bringing it to our attention we will…” Nope, the customer service man just let me talk and offerred no assurances

Originally we hire this company to pick up our SUV and have it delivered to Houston TX. It was scheduled to be picked up on a Monday and told it would be delivered 3 to 4 days later. Monday came, Tuesday came, no pickup, we called capital and Andy Bates gave us one of his many excuses and then rescheduled us % different times. Over 12 calls had been placed to Capital, Between Andy’s complete spineless ignorance and the dispatchers dishonest and moronic way of doing business, the car was picked up over 2 weeks late and Andy Bates was telling us that we had to pay 200.00 more than what we agreed upon in the SIGNED CONTRACT> These people are rude, dirrespectful and without a doubt the worst business you will ever have to deal with. If anyone uses this company you need to get your head examined. They are lyers and theives. A full complaint as well as a copy of the signed contract has been turned over to the Attorney General for their state and I will not stop until that company and Andy Bates are both without a home.

My name is Mike and i sell cars in a very large dealer group in northeast Pa. I have family out west and my step brother needed a big sport utility for his family and asked me if i could help. Because of where he lives in very rural nevada it actually made sense when i found him a expedition and we decided to ship it west to Nevada. Well, that is not as easy as it sounds. (unless you use the right shipping company) So I went on the net and submitted a request for car shipping. Be ready to get hammered by no less than 50 people when you do this. You will get calls, e-mails, faxes etc in the first couple hours. After considering various offers and doing a little research i randomly chose a company with a very impressive website that for now will remain nameless. (statewide) THe man on the phone was very nice when he collected my UP FRONT deposit of two hundred and assured me that he would be in touch soon with a carrier. We agreed on a total price of $945.00. After two days and no call I tried to call him and his company to see how they were making out. I was unable to get anyone on the phone so I e-mailed and waited and still nothing two days later. Now frustrated I e-mailed and offered more money hoping this would produce a driver. Well wouldnt you know he calls me back five minutes later and says that was a good idea because he had way underbid the job and nobody would have done it for $945.00 especially because the route into rural nevada was way off the highway and went thru some serious mountains. I am thinking to myself thats how they get peoples money by lowballing then they would eventually call and say give us more if you want the thing moved. So my family is waiting on the truck to arrive all excited and I have no driver in sight and some bogus dude i dont trust is in charge. Nope, I gave up on STATEWIDE after two weeks and called MERCURY. This time was completely diifferent. Phoned in and a man named Chase promptly answered. I felt alot more knowledgable of the shipping thing now so i was very carefull in the words i used and the course of action i was undertaking. NO UPFRONT DEPOSIT was the first thing Chase said that seperated him and Mercury from the competition. Next he told me that the total price would be $1300.00 and that was based on a national trucking pricing schedule that all truckers use and he explained in detail that he is a broker and that the price for the job had to be fair to the trucker. But then he said he would not just post my bid for the trucking on the national registry but would also call some of his contacts to see if he could secure a driver sooner. I felt his sincerity immediately. Only then did i explain the horrible ordeal i had been through and Chase listened closely. He never slandered the competition but did hi-lite some important differences between his company and the the others. I felt pretty confident when we hung up that i had found a decent outfit to move my families new truck. CHASE CALLED ME BACK IN ONE HOUR WITH THE NAME OF THE DRIVER, THE CONTACT INFO AND THE DRIVERS COMPANY INFO!!!! The driver showed one day late but had phoned to apologize and explain the hold up. Then he showed up rite on time the next day and introduced himself and was a very cool guy. HE GOT THE TRUCK TO NEVADA IN FOUR DAYS!!!!! Delivered in perfect condition to the front door of my step brother. I know this is a long winded reveiw but MERCURY AND CHASE IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR AUTO SHIPPING. Using anyone else would be a mistake. THANK YOU CHASE AND MERCRY AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!

Denise did an awesome job. She touched base with me every day by phone to let me know the status of my transport. She also forwarded my number and would have the driver also touch base with me to let me know how everything was going at all times. Probably one of the best customer service supports I have ever had in transporting a vehicle. I work with an auto dealership and have dealt with many transport companies and this by far was the best when it came to customer service. Denise is an amazing asset to the company and I would recommend this service to anyone in the future. Other than the customer service I recieved the actual drivers went above and beyond I fealt to deliver my vehicle to me. There were complications that they had to deal with that where out of there control adn they handled like pros. Once again I am very happy with the service from Red Carpet and recommend to anyone else.

I must say that Andrey at Gideon was great, however the driver that was representing him was not. Andrey was easy to reach when I had questions, however, the car was not shipped in the quoted amount of time. The car arrived two days late with no warning that it was going to be late. The recipient called the truck driver and received VERY rude feedback from the driver that was appalling. Gideon Logistics was nothing but kind and polite but the drivers representing them were very rude, and said things to customers that no business operator should ever say when being paid to do a service, especially that high of dollar.
Upon contacting Gideon about the problems, “I will look into it” is the only answer received, with no compensation of the car being late. The driver didnt call to say it was going to be late, so a day off of work was taken to receive the car on the date it was quoted to arrive, only to have been wasted. I can say I MIGHT use Gideon Logistics in the future, but if I were them, I would seriously rethink the drivers I use, and don’t tell the customer “you’re wrong”

all around the US.I use Gran Turismo Motor Sports based on their reputation and service. Their staff is very professional. They call me ahead to let me know the approximate time of pick-up and equipment is always spotless. When my car arrives it looks like I pulled it out of my garage. Best of all they are a private carrier so my beauty is not contracted out and I can rest assured that my car is in good hands. Thanks Guys!- Big E
